phoned Paul in relation to a damp problem that I was having around my front bay window,along with damp issues in our small bedroom. Paul and his daughter arrived and freely gave us some expert guidance in combating both problems. All out of the goodness of his heart. I have spoken to Paul,to express my thanks for his time and honesty. Again,free of charge,I have received further advice.what fantastic customer service.I would truly recomend this company and ,should the need arise regarding similar issues,I would duely place any remedial work in their hands.
